“Why does my browser display a “Web Page Not Found”/”Not Available” message or time-out during my download?”

    If you’re having trouble downloading, try using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your browser.  Internet Explorer tends to display this message and frequently has trouble running our site. We’ve tried to fix it, but it appears that the problem is with the browser itself and not MicroStock. You could also try clearing your browser’s cache and attempting to download a second time.
